Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we'll help locate or replace your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter production (usually within a few hours of payment).
