Intellectual property policy

We respect the rights of artists, brands and creators, and we expect our customers to do the same. We don't knowingly sell designs that copy someone else's work, and we decline custom requests that use content the customer doesn't have the right to use.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a product on our site infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@fashiontrending.net with the subject "IP notice" and include:

• your name and contact details (address, phone, email);
• a description of the work or trademark you own;
• the link(s) to the product(s) on our site;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice promptly and remove infringing items, usually within 2 business days.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringement

We may cancel orders or close accounts of customers who repeatedly submit infringing content.
